Terms and Conditions — no 777 Platform Rules and Usage

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and no 777 (the "Platform"). By accessing the no 777 website at no777.wine, downloading the no 777 app, or creating a player account, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all areas of the platform including the game lobby, slot games, bingo, live casino, promotions, deposit and withdrawal functions, and any other features that may be added over time. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

If you are unsure about any clause in these terms, please contact our support team before registering. We would rather take the time to explain something clearly than have a player proceed without fully understanding what they are agreeing to.

To register and use no 777 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. no 777 does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on no 777 or have had an account previously closed for a breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth or payment details, is a breach of these terms.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity for the purpose of testing, exploiting or reverse-engineering the platform.

no 777 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and payment method ownership at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended pending verification or closed entirely.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account only on no 777. If we detect that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts may be suspended and any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals across those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team immediately so that the account can be secured.

no 777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials. We recommend using a unique, strong password and enabling any additional security options available in your account settings.

Your account balance, transaction history, active bonuses and game history are accessible from your account dashboard at any time. If you notice a discrepancy in your balance or transaction records, report it to support within 30 days.

All deposits on no 777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits are intended to fund your gaming activity on the platform. no 777 does not accept deposits that originate from third-party payment sources — the deposit method must belong to the registered account holder. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match your account records, no 777 reserves the right to hold the deposit pending verification.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process instantly. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. no 777 does not charge a platform-level fee on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control and are between you and that provider.

no 777 does not offer credit. Your account balance must be funded before you can place bets. We do not lend funds or allow players to play on a negative balance.

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.

• Withdrawal requests are processed in order of submission. Standard processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts.
• VIP-tier accounts benefit from faster withdrawal processing as part of their account status.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, no 777 may conduct standard identity and payment verification checks. This is a routine part of responsible platform operation and is not a reflection on individual players.
• Funds that were received as a bonus and have not met the relevant wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically the fastest to process. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

no 777 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

no 777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, match-day offers during PSL and T20 cricket seasons, and VIP rewards. General bonus terms that apply across all no 777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are awarded to the registered account holder only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete will be removed from your account along with any associated bonus winnings.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being voided. Only your real-money balance will remain for withdrawal.
• no 777 reserves the right to cancel a promotion or adjust its terms at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of a change will be notified.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating play with other players to exploit bonus terms, or using automated strategies, will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

All games available on the no 777 platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time table operations managed by the game provider. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds.

Game results are final once a round is completed. If a technical error occurs during a game round — such as a disconnection mid-spin — the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard rules for incomplete rounds. In most cases this means the round is voided and your stake is returned to your balance.

Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins. Always review the game's paytable and rules before wagering real money.

• It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing.
• no 777 does not guarantee any particular return to player (RTP) outcome for an individual session. Published RTP figures are statistical averages over very large numbers of rounds.
• The use of automated scripts, bots or software to play games on no 777 is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

no 777 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be treated as such — it is not a reliable way to generate income, and losses are a normal part of playing.

The following tools are available to all players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. The account cannot be reopened until the period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration you select.

no 777 does not market aggressively to players who have set deposit limits or are showing signs of problem gaming behaviour. The following actions are strictly prohibited on no 777 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software exploits, collusion with other players or any other method.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without genuine gaming activity (bonus hunting or chip dumping).
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable load on the platform's infrastructure.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening support staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the no 777 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials and written content — is the intellectual property of no 777 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Game content is provided under licence from third-party game developers and studios. Your use of game content is governed by the terms of those licences in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting game assets is strictly prohibited.

no 777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or circumstances outside our control — including internet service disruptions — may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, no 777 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions to service or game unavailability.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand game rules or bonus terms.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss connected to use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. no 777's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

no 777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We collect the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Transactional data is shared only with the payment processors required to complete your deposits and withdrawals in PKR.

no 777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via account notification or email before the changes take effect. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to the standard verification process.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard verification checks. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

no 777 may close an account without prior notice if:

• The account holder has materially breached these Terms and Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent activity has taken place on the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be retained pending investigation. Where no fraud or material breach is found, available real-money balances will be returned.

If you have a question about these terms, a complaint about a transaction, or a dispute regarding a game outcome, please contact the no 777 support team as a first step. We aim to resolve all queries within 48 hours of receipt.

To raise a dispute:

• Contact support with your account username, the date of the relevant event and a clear description of the issue.
• Include any supporting information such as transaction reference numbers or screenshots where available.
• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered.

no 777 will conduct a fair review of all disputes and provide a written response. If you remain unsatisfied following our response, you are entitled to seek independent advice. no 777 does not make any representations about the availability or outcome of third-party dispute resolution processes.
